Ron Richard Baviello
The Blanche Ames Gallery is pleased to feature Baviello from November 1- 29, 2015. Visitors to the gallery will find expressive and compelling paintings in acrylics in this unique show.
Raised in North Carolina, Ron majored in art at East Carolina University and after graduating worked several years as an advertising illustrator and a graphic artist. Joining the Navy was a significant career change. Ron became a medical technologist specializing in mycology. However, his true love is art. In fact, art has been his one true friend. It lets him enter his world where he is free to create and explore.
When asked why he paints, Ron states: “I paint because I can. It is a challenge, and it is one I enjoy. I want to create. Creating images makes me feel good.
