The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick Nominating Committee announces the following organizational vacancies for the coming year(s):
- Board of Trustees: Five vacancies with service for 1 year (Vice President) or 2 years (President, Treasurer, and two Trustees-At-Large)
- Endowment Board: Five vacancies with service for 1 year, 2 year, and 3 year periods.
- Nominating Committee: Five vacancies with service for one year each.
Organizational service is a wonderful opportunity to enhance your contribution to the life of this community, not to mention personal growth and opportunities to work with other fine leaders! All service positions require a serious commitment that includes regular attendance at meetings, taking on additional leadership roles in other areas of UUCF such as chairing standing committees, among others.

There are 3 ways to enter yourself for consideration! You can complete the application on the web site, fill out on the back of this flyer and turn it in to the Church Office, or talk to a Nominating Committee member. The Nominating Committee may contact you for additional information if necessary.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: May 11, 2014
You must have been an active member of UUCF for the past 6 months to apply for candidacy. Voting will be held at the Annual Meeting on June 15th. Service begins July 1st for newly elected members.
